Personal and Billing Information (for Payment Processing and Commerce)

When you purchase a product or service on our website, we collect personal information from you to fulfill the order. Such Personal Information may include:

We do not collect any Personal Information from you unless you provide us with the Personal Information voluntarily. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. 

To complete a transaction, you will be required to provide certain information in addition to the Personal Information noted above. Such information may include: 

a debit card number, credit card number, and similar information (collectively, the “Billing Information”). All transactions are processed by our third-party payment vendor, Stripe Inc. We do not collect, store, or maintain any Billing Information. Instead, it is collected and processed through our third-party vendor pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use. 

Scheduling Appointments 

When you schedule an appointment by booking on this website, we collect personal information and billing information from you to complete the booking. We may collect information like your:  

• Name 

• Email address 

• Phone number 

• Details relating to your appointment  

• Files you uploaded 

We share this information with Squarespace, our scheduling service provider, so that they can provide online booking services to us. The billing information is shared with our third-party payment vendor to complete the transaction.

Newsletter Sign Up Form— 

We use Flodesk to automate the distribution of our newsletter and other communication from Soul Poetry. Our newsletter sign up form collects the following information from users that elect to opt into our newsletter and other communication from Soul Poetry: 

• Name 

• Email address  

We share this information with Flodesk to automate the delivery of this communication.  

Data Protection and Retention

Our site maintains Level 1 PCI security compliance and uses 128-bit SSL encryption. Additionally, our site is secured by SSL and enforces a HSTS secure connection. This enables us to mitigate the risk of unauthorized access to our site.  

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect the Personal Information, and the Billing Information, and the Other Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
